Unused Product

You can return all the unused products within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).  If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

 

Used Product

If you’ve used the product and are not satisfied with its results, taste, or any other aspect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Our nutrition expert will objectively review the case. If the information is found to be legitimate, we'll issue a replacement or a refund. Please note that our decision will be final in such cases. To issue a refund in case of credit card, debit card, or UPI transactions, the payment will be reversed to the original mode of payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, a bank transfer will be initiated to your bank account after receiving the product.
